Stirling Regional Business Centre:

Office Space: Opened in 2005, the Stirling Regional Business Centre is a building of 27 offices and is co-managed by the Stirling Business Association. It is an ‘incubation’ set-up where tenants are only able to stay for 3 years. Office spaces range from 11sqm² to 20sqm². There is no requirement for long lease agreements and free business advice and a supportive environment is on offer. Located at 45 Delawney St in the heart of Balcatta.

If you are interested is flexible office space please make an appointment to have a tour. The offices are currently at 100% capacity however movement is common and it is worth having your application on our waiting list.

Training Room: The SRBC also has a 40sqm² Training Room. The training room comes with modern equipment and facilities. Adjacent to a kitchen and with the option of using the projector. Sits up to 40 people in a theatre style set-up. Perfect for training courses, board meetings and information sessions. To tour the facility, bookings are required please call (08)9240 2393”
